Vash was snatched up just as things were getting calm, so to appease his gnawing aggravation over needle noggin's surprise vacation, he took to the lake more often; shockingly, he was getting pretty good at it, and as the days wore on, he was clearing more distance without stopping for a breather. Not to mention, staying stationary in Luceti meant losing muscle mass, and he had no room for losing the ability to tote that heavy son-of-a-bitch gun.

Of course, that talk with Sanji a few days back had him thinking. Always thinking, this one. He sits under a tree by the lake, still wet from the swim, with pen in hand. The question really takes him back. Reminds him of Vash and the girls, and of himself.]

Hey, a question—how many of you were nomadic? Traveled from place to place, not really labeling one single town or house as a home?

[It will be a lot easier to tell when he actually has his guns back. It's funny though, even if you aren't his Wolfwood you are still... well, Wolfwood. It's hard for him to feel too weird around you. Lucky for Wolfwood that means he get's to escape a nice chunk of his derping and jump straight to Livio being as unawkward as he get's when it comes to the delightful world of social skills.]

In my version of your world she was the strongest one of the Gung-Ho-Guns. [and was also trans, but he's one of the few people out there who isn't freaked out by that at all. Bless his politically correct heart.] I was going to fight her while Vash took care of Legato, but you could say she decided to show up a little early. [and by golly, a lot of skewering was involved!] At the time I wasn't strong enough to kill her, but I managed to fight her off [she got bored and wandered off, but that's totally the same thing]
